Cancel: you can drop back down or cancel anytime from your account billing settings. There’s no cancellation fee and no lock-in contract. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then land back on the free floor — you don’t lose your account.

PIPjuice is UPIP’s reward points. You earn juice for doing useful things in the ecosystem — logging trips, contributing data like a gas price, staying active — and it flows back to you as a reward, a bit like airline miles.

It isn’t cash and it isn’t a cryptocurrency. It’s a closed-loop reward that lives inside UPIP. You can see your balance and how it built up in your PIPjuice wallet.

Probably not. A zero balance usually just means juice hasn’t been earned on that account yet — you start at zero and it grows as you use the tools. If you’ve been active and it still reads zero, open your wallet and check that you’re signed in to the right account.

We’d rather show you an honest zero than a made-up number. If it looks genuinely stuck, ask EWE on the wallet page and it’ll help you sort out where the juice went.

Use the tools the way you’d use them anyway. Common ways to earn: running Driving Mode so your mileage logs itself, sharing a real gas price you spotted, keeping your profile and listings current, and staying active week to week.

You do, and we do — on our own hardware. UPIP runs on iron we own, not rented cloud we resell to you. Your account, your mileage, your listings and your wallet stay inside the system that serves you.
